Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We ask that you try the system out when you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days for an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and must be
in resellable condition or a repackaging / restocking fee of up to
20% may apply. Shipping charges are not refunable.
Warranty
Our cameras are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, negligence, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty. Within the warranty period, Riverwind Limited. will at our discretion repair or replace the product(s) without charge. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein, either to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Legal Status Of Products
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Riverwind Limited, to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Covert Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.
Prepayment
Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping and handling charges. Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Check orders will be shipped once the check clears our bank.
Shipping
Shipments will be made via UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or US Mail. All packages require a signature upon delivery.
Sales Tax
Any orders shipped to destinations within Arizona must include applicable state tax.
