View up to four
cameras
Our multiple camera
monitoring system includes our Wireless Barn Camera System along with additional cameras and a sequential switcher. The switcher allows you to view all or some of the
cameras on a 20 second rotation. You may turn cameras off
the rotation or locked onto a single camera. The controls
for the switcher are located at the barn. You cannot
wirelessly change the setup, what you leave it at it does all
night..
We use switchers rather than Quad Processors as they reduces each stall to 25% of it's original resolution making it difficult to see details. Quads also
give a slow motion
effect that makes watching for signs of labor tougher.
This switcher is placed in the barn in an area with electric.
This is the only place power is needed. Included 50 foot
cables take power out to each of the cameras and transmitter as
well as provide the video connection
Our system prices include everything you'll need aside from the television. Increases in cable over the included 50 feet lengths are available.
Multiple cameras may be ordered initially or after the first camera is in place and operating. We will honor the price difference
no matter when you purchased your original camera system.
This allows you to gradually add cameras without any additional
cost.
Viewing on your Smartphone and computer
Our Wireless Barn Camera System connects to
your TV providing constant live video. You may stream this
same video to your smartphone, tablet or PC by adding a DVR.
The DVR is placed in the house connected to one of the receiver's
two outputs. The DVR is then physically connected to your
Router with network/Ethernet cable. The system will not work
off Aircards or Hotspots although a system that will function with
these devices is in the future so check back. This will be
deleted when that is possible. Some satellite providers block
a process needed to stream the video when away from home. If
you have satellite, please call. Riverwind includes remote in
setup with the DVR. We remote into your PC while you watch and
set the equipment and router settings up. When we hang up, you
will be watching it on your phone. Riverwind also offers high
definition home network systems. These systems are completely
independent from the system listed on this page. For more
information please see our High
Definition Wireless Network Systems page. The higher the
camera count, the more you may want to check out this newer system.
It does not rotate but rather displays multiple cameras at once
allowing you to choose which you view.
Key Benefits
- Full resolution, live video unlike a quad (split screen)
- View up to 8 cameras
- Control over dwell time and camera selection (not remotely)
- Requires only a single transmitter and receiver.

All systems include 1000 line / 720p color IR cameras.
We dropped the BW cameras in 2016 and lowered the price. HD
cameras have been converted to operate on this wireless
environment but can be easily returned to HD if technology
catches up.
So we don't have to maintain 2 different shopping cart
sites,
this link will take you to our other site's shopping cart. It contains additional
photos but is more tailored for larger pens sizes used by cattle, sheep
and goats. The link will
open in a separate window. You can use the shopping cart to price
the exact system you need. You do not need to enter your
information. Adding your zip code will provide a shipping quote.
As always, don't hesitate to call with questions or to order over the
phone.
